Picturesque resort with tranquil spa, spacious rooms, and really good local dining experiences in Polignano a Mare.

The resort is picturesque and offers a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. While the dinner menu varied each night, some service aspects felt rushed, impacting the dining experience. The rooms were spacious with great views, but I expected better reactions to guest concerns regarding the restaurant's reservation issues.

I recently enjoyed five nights in a peaceful oasis with stunning views. The breakfast was amazing, especially with fresh fruits and a good buffet. the indoor pool not being open early was a bit disappointing. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this spot again!

The hotel is a haven of relaxation: the choice of color in the entire place (white and/or light beige) and the isolated location are perfectly conducive to getting you relaxed. The staff, from the reception to the waitstaff and chambermaids, is exceptionally nice, helpful, friendly, professional and I want to mention here especially Laura and Giuseppe. The rooms are spacious American-style, outfitted with everything you might need, stylishly and subtly decorated, the restaurant is elegant (but not pretentious), classy, the food is exquisitely prepared. The garden and the pool and generally the grounds are meticulously maintained. The view from the room includes cedars, colorful flowers, green lots, ochre houses and in the distance the sea!
The only "quirk" of this place is that it's at the end of a long, narrow rural road on the outskirts of a small (beautiful, pittoresque) town (Polignani sur Mare): to get there the first time you have to have complete confidence in the short, but accurate, directions given by the hotel itself; after that it's just a ride through enchanting countryside roads.

Beautiful and well-equipped rooms. Great amenities like a personal safe, air conditioner, and a work desk. A kind of exceptional service. Great views, nice pool, free parking. Amazing location in such a good restaurant, easy to get around: )

What a superb location - absolutely stunning hotel in a beautiful countryside setting, overlooking olive groves and the Adriatic. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Delicious food (especially breakfast!) and the spa is truly relaxing. We spent happy hours by the pool soaking up the warm Italian sun. It was great to be upgraded to a suite too! We would recommend this to anyone seeking a complete break from the hubbub of city life. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
We felt that the food, while excellent, was overpriced (5 euros for a bottle of water!) - don't bother with the Borgobianco restaurant, but head into Polignano a Mare for a huge range of restaurants/pizzerias and a really charming seaside town. Probably not a hotel for families with young children, as children playing (fairly quietly) in the pool were shushed by the hotel staff rather a lot. Otherwise, no negatives at all!

The place is very nice and well positioned. Te spa area is very good. The views are spectacular. We were given a nice and big room.
Tha bathroom does not belong to a 5 star hotel. It seems part of a very bad 3 stars. It need a big revamping!!!! The food at the restaurant is bad and overprice!

It is a very quiet and nice location, up in the hills above the sea. All comfort available
The quality of the restaurant could have been better for a small & luxury hotel.

Definitely luxurious place to stay, simple in design but nicely equipped rooms with terraces, you feel like staying in white oasis of luxury. Good cuisine, a bit overpriced, however.
As for 5 stars spa resort - the relax area not very exciting - small saunas, small swimming pool. No complimentary water at rooms, for instance with the price of rooms very high, as well as they charge you like 7 euros per glass of wine and 5 per bottle of water. The standard of services overpriced, for sure.
